Consultation follow-up + ownership
This page clarifies who follows up after a consultation call.
Goal
Reduce drop-off after consults by making follow-up consistent.
Ownership
Primary follow-up owner: Admin.
- If a client has a consultation call with an associate and does not book within 7 days, admin sends a follow-up email.
What the associate does
- After the consult (same day if possible), notify admin that:
- the consult happened, and
- the recommended next step (if the client did not book / the client said they will book so we wait / not a fit / referral).
