JaneApp (Associate Handbook)
This section covers how associates use Jane in day-to-day work.
Quick rules (how we use Jane at Head & Heart)
- Shifts / availability: associates can control their availability in Jane, but all in-person shift times must be coordinated with admin so we do not create overlaps between therapists.
- Session types (services): session types are admin-owned. Admin will create/update them in consultation with the associate.
- Appointment status: associates control appointment status and are responsible for marking appointments as Arrived or No-show (see ./Appointment_Status_Rules.md).
- Notes: notes live in the notes section in the client profile. Associates are responsible for keeping notes up to date (see ./Charting_Notes_Policy.md and ./Charting_Standards.md).
- Rescheduling/cancellations: associates can reschedule or cancel sessions as per client requests and clinic policy.
