Use this after a new client books their first session with you in JaneApp. Goal: welcome them, confirm modality, and reduce confusion/no-shows.

Message (copy/paste)

Hi __, this is ____ from Head & Heart Counselling. I’m looking forward to meeting you and I’m glad you were able to book in.

Just a quick note before your appointment on ____ at __: We will be meeting in person/online (Zoom / Jane video). If in person the buzz code to enter the building is:___ If Zoom, I will provide you a zoom link on_____ by____. If on Janeapp, you can access the Janeapp video by____.

If you need to reach me before then, you can contact me at ____ (email and/or text).

Also, please use the same email address you booked with when interacting with Jane (this helps prevent duplicate profiles).
