Policy update (New Year)

This page summarizes clinic-wide expectations we are emphasizing going into the new year.

We are considering a performance-based split tier as caseloads grow:

  • Current baseline split: 60/40
  • Potential tier once an associate is consistently seeing 20 sessions/week minimum for at least 4 consecutive weeks: 65/35

This policy will be decided when any given practitioner reaches this threshold. There are many things to consider that we’re not ready to decide yet, but this is the plan currently in place.

Before finalizing, we will define:

  • whether “20” is measured as sessions/week (confirmed)
  • whether the threshold must be met for at least 4 consecutive weeks (confirmed)
  • whether the tier applies to all sessions or only sessions above the threshold (confirmed: applies to sessions above the 20/week threshold)
